You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not required.
To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has no right of withdrawal (right to cancel) for the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium if the business operator—with the consumer’s express consent, combined with the consumer’s confirmation that they are aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) in the event of premature commencement of contract performance and after providing a copy or confirmation pursuant to § 7(3) FAGG—has commenced delivery even before the expiration of the otherwise applicable withdrawal period.
Pursuant to § 7(3) FAGG, the consumer shall be provided, within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract and no later than before the commencement of the provision of services, with a confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium (e.g., email) together with the information specified in Section 4(1) of the FAGG, provided that this information has not already been made available on a durable medium. In any case, the contract confirmation shall include confirmation of consent to the immediate provision of services and confirmation that the consumer is aware of the resulting waiver of the right of withdrawal.
